Motivated by her desire to help others make safe financial decisions, Nancy founded WeCare Solutions Group, a project born from her heart and based on a passion for helping others. For her, this is not just a business, but a mission and life purpose: to give people the tools and knowledge they need to financially protect their future and their families. Through her leadership, Nancy inspires her team and her community with her example of resilience and deep human values.

Since the beginning of her career, Kerstin has been dedicated to empowering families not only financially, but also in accessing health insurance, key areas to ensure stability and well-being. This mission led her to join WeCare Solutions Group, where she successfully leads the operations area.
